Hari nie, aku terpaksa gak mengata boss aku lagi sekali. Bukannya aku tak suka.. Tapi kengkdang aku rasa he needs to go to that Dale Carnegie Breakthrough Success course.. So that, he knows how to manage his staff.
Yelah, the four of us are in new position in this unit. Before this, my boss who is qualified by experience (But, nobody can beat his knowledge in technical)... has only 4 non-execs. Until we came.. and.. all of us are I mean.. not to show off tapi.. Mandy and Din from Japan, Bala is from UTM, which is the 21st rank in Asia.. And I myself... from one of the ivy league. So, rasanya sikit tak banyak.. mesti kitorang nie hmmm.. yelah, take our job seriusly..
Tapi bos nie.. alaaa,.. frust aaa ngan dia.. Tadi masa dalam meeting ngan our major customer.. GB, ada plak dia boleh lagi cakap yang we all nie new staff.. Heeyyyyy. Whadda.... Ive been here more than 2 yrs now.. Even Mandy and Din pun dah almost two years.. I mean, how long does it take to be a new staff.. To be a freshie.. sedangkan, we started doing and really implementing all tasks and jobs right after we came in.. Who else who really put in the data into the switches, do the test call.. complete the procedure from receiving info, analysing, preparing data, implementing, and till doing the post compelete.. When other people actually wonder how we do all the work ourselves (mana ada staff nak buat).. when the rest of the execs dont really know command script for the switches.. And boss still labeled us as a new staff.. Tak Patut Tak Patut...
Panas jek telinga aku masa bos cakap in front of all the top men in GB, in fron of our counterpart TO. Malula kan.. Macamlaa kita still tak pandai buat keje.. sedang we do all the work all this while tau..
Memang betullah, sometimes I have to agree with Abang Din... yang boss nie just nak glamer jek.. taking all the jobs. And Uncle pulak just exegerating..
YEah, I dont want to interfere with uncle's EGT.. BUT, I know.. I know the steps
of implementing the routing. And I have My numbering Plan and other ISO, Training, Reportings, EHF, CDF, Roaming, to bother... before I bother with the EGT...
Hmm.. macam-macamla.. another reason to transfer someday..
