We are getting there

We are going to be at par with western countries in term of freedom of mass media. Maybe Indonesia is more advanced, but why must we benchmark our country with Indonesia despite we always look at them as a country few steps below than ours. From what I read, Indonesia in some aspects is better than Malaysia.
Okay, go back to main topic, mass media in Brunei is still under control although some of them throw their tudung when being outside of country but at least in the country itself we hardly see what a so called 'kelucahan melampau'. Okay, that the thing I want to talk about. 'Kelucahan melampau' be it in the televisions, cinemas, parties ie: parties among the artistes/celeberities and now in magazines. I mean, we juz do not have any control anymore on the limitation of dress code or photos to be published in magazines and news paper. After seeing Nora Danishh in her 'playboy' style pose, I as woman admit that I was turned on by the pics let alone the men. I mean i dun understand why we now allow such pics in Malaysian's magazine. I think we have forgotten that we are still in Islamic country, and the people now can wear, pose and do whatever they lust for. And the publishers, editors of printed material juz don't have responsibility to uphold Islamic, malay or eastern virtues. They believe that sex sell and they dont care about anything else, as long as the money coming in. Seriously,I dont want someday my children can easily see or buy these types of magazine sold by mamak hawker juz by the street. Maybe my children want to buy some teenage magazine or cartoon magazine but they can easily also buy these porno material.

By the way, why should I feel worry, even our national newspaper nowadays shows sex photos, sex stories as headline in front page. So, like leader like people la kan.
