But now, we will pay ourselve and claim to the company via normal claim system. So, who care if we are using Celcom, Maxiss or Digii.
My experience with Celcom frankly speaking is not good. Ive been using since yr 2000 from my first encounter with handphone and never miss any payment. Not that I want a reward or some sort tho there are people out there who get reward from their MSP (Mobile Service Provider). Hello, not that I dont use much okay, maybe not anymore now but pls check my bills during my single-but-desperately-looking-for-a-partner days, to be specific during Najib/pakcik/Rizal days.
I dont want to talk about long waiting hour in Celcom office (yuppp.. it is very long wait, up until more than 1 hr at Celcom Jln Ampang nad Jln Semarak, i might have blogged about this). Or their unfriendly, unprofessional, unhelpful careline personnel (my problem never get solved via phone service - i dun understand while they are in the telco business but their communication service is so bad).
I want to talk about their stupid revenue assurance system, the payment per bill system not per bill amount. ( Again, I might have blogged about this because I had few times experience and this time, I am totally give up and lose faith to Celcom).
I received a reminder SMS, "WE have yet to receive your ppayment of amount RM18.05. Please make immidiate payment within 1 day to avoid call barring .. bl abla bla ". See, where is the stupidness.. the bill is only RM18 and the reminder is sent in 1 day before action being taken. I pay online everymonth during payday, so if previously was okay I dunno why this month I missed one bill (I dun keep track which bill I pay, I juz pay sometime Rm100 or more sometime less).Okayla, maybe its my careles.. opss.. sambung nanti H dah sampai nak bawak Faris gie cucuk MMR (dah sethun 4 bln baru nak cucuk yang setahun due to his bad health recently)

i use celcom postpaid for almost 4 years, never encountered such issue/problem.
it is normal to receive sms notification like that, because their system has been programmed to work like that..
just simply ignore the reminder. as long as you pay your bill (make sure not to exceed the due date for more than 2 months), or exceed the credit limit.
my fren receive the sms also when not pay his bill, but he know that as long as the he didnt keep overdue ammount for more than two month, or exceed the credit limit, his line will not be barred.
